Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Wapkit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Meta Platform Compliance

Wapkit provides automation tools that interface with Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms.
  • Not use our platform to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or violate the WhatsApp commerce and business policies.
  • Maintain all necessary rights and consents from your end-users before initiating automated communications via the Meta APIs.

Failure to comply with Meta's policies may result in immediate suspension of your Wapkit account and revocation of your Meta API access.

3. Accounts and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or Meta's APIs.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wapkit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
