Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@spedrix.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. In the email, include the name of your business and the WhatsApp Business number connected to Wapkit.
3. We will confirm the deletion within 7 business days and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your messaging logs, the Meta access credentials connected to Wapkit, and your personal information are permanently erased from our active databases. Data from Meta platforms is deleted with it.
